my resolution in 2010

nd to do..nxt 4 mth:

1st.. i wana b fit. lot of exercise. lot of sweat. this is my no1 priority!!!

2nd.. healthy diet. healty eatin.

3rd.. minum ayaq putih byk2 n tido awal n bngun awal.


..........slim: burn fat > wht u eat (out > in)

..........jst 3 resolution within nxt 4 mths ni (.mac - june 2010)

hpe cn tke a break btoi2 ths time...(*-*)
